We have developed an innovative Natural Gas (Methane, CH₄) Pyrolysis Technology for the mass production of carbon-free hydrogen and high-quality carbon black.

Technical Advantages: We have successfully overcome the four major bottlenecks that have long challenged the international community in hydrogen production via methane pyrolysis:

  1. Carbon Buildup: Solved the issue of carbon accumulation (coking) inside the reactor.

  2. Catalyst Degradation: Eliminated the problem of rapid catalyst wear and consumption.

  3. High Energy Consumption: Our technology requires only 11 kWh of energy to produce 1 kg of hydrogen, significantly lower than the energy consumption of other international hydrogen production methods.

  4. Operational Longevity & Cost: Overcame the challenges of short reactor lifespans and high operational costs, enabling long-term, stable production.
